The Business Development Department is open six days a week:
Mon-Thurs 9:00am - 8:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Important Information.
DNA endeavours to despatch all documents by 1st Class post within 24 hrs of making your amendment to your policy. Subject to postal collections you should receive your documents within 4 working days.
Any temporary or permanent changes to your policy will not be effective until we have confirmed that your insurance company is able to make the change, we have processed the amendment and any charges or changes to your premium have been settled.
There may be charges for amendments to policies.
Quotes are not guaranteed and may change as our rates change.
Please note: certain underwriters are open 9am-5pm only, therefore, in some cases, changes can only be made as of 9am the following day at best.
