Job Description
• Telephone enquiries/quotations from clients for mid term adjustments
• Telephone enquiries/quotations from clients for renewals
• Processing incoming post from clients and Insurance Companies
• Follow up calls to clients with regards to internet enquiries/quotations
• Post monies to client records and set up premium finance
agreements when necessary
• To assist Sales department with enquiries
• Telephone enquiries from Insurance Companies
• Maintain client records ensuring all details are updated and correct
• Keep records of Sales, amendments and renewals
