Job Description
• Telephone enquiries/quotations from clients for new business
• Telephone enquiries/quotations from clients for renewals
• Follow up calls to clients with regards to internet enquiries/quotations
• Follow up calls to clients with regards to website enquiries/quotations
• Post monies to client records and set up premium finance
agreements when necessary
• To assist Customer Services department with mid term adjustments/enquiries
• Telephone enquiries from Insurance Companies
• Maintain client records ensuring all details are updated and correct
