What our Claim Service provides

The Accident Management package will provide you with:
– Access to a 24-Hour Accident Helpline
– Notification of the accident or claim to your insurer

Plus, in the event of you being involved in a proven non fault accident, Kindertons will aim to:
– Help with arranging repairs to your vehicle or the negotiation of total loss settlement where the vehicle is a write off
– Claim for the damage to your vehicle direct from the third-party insurer when appropriate, thus eliminating the need for you to pay the policy excess
– Provide you with a suitable replacement vehicle (subject to availability, terms and conditions apply)
– Full access to their files via their online TrackPro system
– Assist in claiming all other out-of-pocket expenses

If you’ve been in an accident

Follow these easy steps to ensure we have all the details we need if you have been involved in an accident
- If anyone is injured, stop and report the accident to the Police. Make sure that you and all passengers involved move to a safe area
- Make a note of all the basic information from the other driver including name, address, vehicle details and registration
- Take details from any witnesses who saw the accident
- If you have a camera phone and it is safe to do so take as many photos of the damage to all vehicles involved.
- Do not discuss or admit liability
