With many apprentices engaged so far and our intention to grow over the next years – we offer an easy transition from school to becoming a young professional. In our young, vibrant environment, you will learn skills relevant for
your own progression whilst earning a salary, bonuses and much more.

DNA Insurance Services Ltd, were established in January 2003 by directors Danny Imray and Alf Costa. We see ourselves as a young, vibrant, enthusiastic, hard working company with a determination to satisfy our clients every needs.

DNA you will begin a 9 Month induction to the company, where you will be fully trained for your role. This will include systems training, training on our DNA products and processes and other soft skills training.
Also, within this induction period, you will complete your first level Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification, Cert CII. This will really kick-start your journey towards achieving your diploma in Insurance (DCII). You will be provided with all the relevant study materials and support for these exams and examination fees will be met by DNA.
During this period you will be enrolled on to our Apprenticeship Scheme. This will be completed over 9 months with the company and consists of on the job assessments. You will be met every 8 weeks by your personal assessor who will complete your on the job assessments.
Alongside your apprenticeship and working on the phones, you will be studying towards your Diploma in Insurance.
With expert assistance from industry specialists you will be preparing for four Cll exams. At the end of the two years you would have gained your Diploma in Insurance (DCII) which is equivalent to an A-level qualification

My name is Kirstin Masson, and I currently work for DNA in Customer Service. I also take part in the apprenticeship scheme that allows me the opportunity to further my career. In Customer Service I am given help to improve my skills to enable me to deal with customers.
The programme allows me to become an expert in my field by gaining new skills and becoming more informed about insurance. I am given specialized training towards earning my Level 3 Insurance qualification. I would recommend anyone to join this programme as you will have a great advantage in the insurance industry with the qualification gained.
Not just a job in insurance!
DNA like to ensure that they reward the performance of their hard-working staff. The Christmas Party is a highlight of everyone’s year, along with events such as crazy golf, social outings and football matches.
We are also active members of the local community, with charity projects and other activities that we take part in to benefit others.
Our team are participating in various activities in the local community, schools, and the press.
We’re sure that you’ll enjoy your role at DNA – but there is lots of fun to be had outside of work too.
